Refund policy

We want you to love your DNov purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

• EU customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal. For all other customers, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
• To initiate a return, contact us via Instagram DM @dnov_stores or at iamdjnov@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
